The Challenge: From a Logo to a Michelin Experience
Valerio Lombardozzi, a hospitality veteran with a career in Michelin-starred restaurants, had a clear vision: Bottega Salaria, a sanctuary for authentic Roman cuisine. However, when he approached Intertech, Valerio only had a logo and the clock was ticking. The challenge was monumental: building a solid brand identity, a complete digital ecosystem, and a social media strategy from scratch—all before the restaurant’s physical opening. The stakes were high; a concept of this caliber couldn’t afford a lukewarm market entry.
2. The Approach: Creative Agility and Tech Co-creation
To beat the clock without sacrificing excellence, Intertech implemented a methodology we call “AI-Accelerated Design and Live Collaboration.”

- Anticipation Strategy: In collaboration with local marketing, we launched a strategic waiting list and automated pre-opening events, turning digital interest into real anticipation.

The launch of Bottega Salaria in February 2026 exceeded all expectations, proving that harmony between the physical and digital worlds is the key to modern success.
